A free, global and educational climate experience that interprets open data to accompany and support people in their day-to-day life.
CLIMA TERRA is a personal initiative created by Alfonso Rodríguez (@alfonsoAIData) from Arcos de la Frontera, Spain.
It does not simply display weather data. It turns temperature, ultraviolet index, humidity, wind, rain and air quality into a simple, visual and useful reading of how the climate may feel in each location.
To make complex climate information easier to understand: turning open climate data into clear messages that accompany daily life without overwhelming, alarming or replacing personal judgement.
The same temperature may feel different depending on sun, humidity, wind, rain or air quality. CLIMA TERRA combines several factors to provide messages that are more coherent with the real experience of the day.
An educational tool for people, schools, citizen labs, personal projects and outreach activities. Its messages do not replace official forecasts, emergency alerts or medical advice; they are designed to accompany and help interpret daily conditions.
